Alyssa is great. She is always making me feel welcome. And she gives the best massages ever. Her hands are like magic.

I have a monthly rhythm and it's easy and comfortable. I see the same esthetician, I rebook a month out after each appointment and sometimes I buy products and upgrades. My only complaint is around the high cost of the upgrades and the use of language around the packages. I don't think of my package as a free thing that I have stored up, I think of it as the dollar value $89.95, it's money to me. So when I've already paid $90 to be there and I plan to spend at least $20 on tip, I'm already at $110. The estheticians hands are tied as to what products they can use with the basic facial. So to use the "better" products or customize to what my skin needs, I have to pay an additional $40 or more. My visits are more expensive than I'd like them to be.

The receptionist is always very friendly and helpful and my therapist, Brittany is amazing!!!! She gives a fantastic massage and is also very friendly!!!

David was great, His massge skills are excellent and he provided an exceptional experience. I will recommend him to family and friends

Gina is an amazing technician. I've seen marked improvement in my skin since I started doing regular facials with her. She does not try to "up sell" which I also appreciate.

I needed to just relax & my massage therapist did a great job.

Hey there, This is my second visit with a new massage therapist after Valentina. Alyssa has been great as my new therapist. She's hits all the right spots and makes the massage enjoyable and mellow. Between surveys I also tried a facial with Zoa. She was also amazing but I discovered that facials aren't my thing. Special shout out to Katie and Tawnya at reception. They are both very friendly and I'm always happy to see their smiling faces when I come in. Thanks, Wyatt p.s. Sorry, I know I spelled Tawnya's name wrong.

Sophia was an amazing esthetician! She was on time, friendly, and truly knowledgeable about the services and products. She made my first time at Hand and Stone feel welcoming and made me want to return!

I’ve gone there before this familiarity is good! The check in people are so nice. My esthetician is the person I’ve gone to before and she is wonderful!
