Therapist was friendly. She gave me a relaxing massage.

I have monthly massage appointments and the staff is always welcoming. My massage therapist is always professional and proficient in her taking care of my aches and pains.

The therapist was very good, made me feel comfortable.

Give me what I need and different locations and time to choose from. Everything is getting expensive, when need to cut cost, this will be cut first or if alternative is found, like cheaper place.

Dan asked if there were areas to focus on and what pressure I would like. She did a great job on both accounts. She checked in with me several times during the massage, too. She was easy to talk with and I enjoyed our conversations. My neck felt much better after the massage bu I think my neck pain might be an alignment issue. I'll need to get that checked out. I made a future appointment with Dan

The receptionist on the phone making my initial appointment was very friendly and helpful. The spa itself was an extremely pleasant environment including the aroma, making a great first impression. The esthetician was very friendly and it seemed important to her that I have a great experience.
