Love coming for a facial especially if I have my usual girl available. I do not like that the prices have gone up three times since I've been there! I started out at $49 a month, so I'm up $30 there! In $10 on the minimum upgrade. That's 40 extra dollars a month for a year minimum! That's a lot if it goes up again I may drop out. Over the years I should have had a grandfather clause that you're locked into whatever price you started at that's my thinking! $49 a month was doable now 79 with all the extras and tipping is getting a little pricey for me. That's been my thought for a long time already!

I was very happy with my service. I do need to learn about my points (rewards). Wist the price of product was not so high.

Felt great. Staff is great. Helped my aches. Very relaxing.

Not sure how much pain I’m supposed to be in after a massage

KAMILE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT & GAVE A GREAT MASSAGE. SHE HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR AND WE HAD A LOT IN COMMON. SHE WAS ON TIME AND DID NOT RUSH THE MASSAGE !!

I was very appreciative that there was an opening and I was very leery because I had not been to this facility in the past. I got a good massage and was very satisfied.

I wish I remembered my person that gave me my experience but she was lovely and kind and I loved my experience. She answered all my questions and I even fell asleep. Thank you.

I booked a deep tissue this time. Sami was great, and I actually felt like I got a deep tissue massage. I also appreciate how she customizes her room.

Olivia was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She clearly really cared about my skin care regimen and offered valuable insight and tips for me for the future. The facial was so soothing, and my skin looked and felt great afterwards!
