Unlike in the past, this location had an appointment available within a day or 2. I was hoping for some more "deep tissue" massage at the time of the massage, but it turns out the softer hands did do the trick as well and my neck pain disappeared. Does the receptionist ever add some notes to an appointment? E.g. customer would like deep tissue massage?

The person checking in that day was very nice and helpful. JR is amazing and always does an outstanding job listening to what areas are bothering me. She customizes the massage to meet my needs.
