Gary’s my massage therapist, was very effective. He always asks me about areas of emphasis, and he is polite and appreciative of feedback.

Gina went above and beyond, explaining what she was doing to alleviate the specific back pain I was having, and why she was doing it. This was in answer to my questions about how best to deal with my back issue. Five star!

Camyl my therapist is a pro! I like her very much...but the times I want to come in she is booked. I also noticed that you changed the time that is used for other treatments. I wanted a Paraffin treatment and it has to be added to the massage. I would only get 10 minutes of massage with the paraffin. That is just crazy. You need to give your therapists time for these expensive treatments so that the client can relax and enjoy the treatment. You need to rethink these other treatments because they are not a value to your therapists or the client for the time.

I felt much better after my massage. The pressure was just right. The receptionist was very helpful with payment.

I have been pleased with all the therapists I've encountered at Hand and Stone. They varied in their techniques, but provided the relaxation I was seeking.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Relaxing reception area. Wonderful experience overall.

My masseuse had alot of knowledge and was very informative. She gave me other remedies I could use as well. She also did a very good job of asking me if I was doing alright and kept me in a comfort state

Always love my facials for sure! Not sure how long I'll keep my membership going with pice increases. Started at $49 now at $69. Long term customers should of been grandfather in! There is still that up charge for everything which I don't like to oay either, my time is the same. Just paying for a product change doesn't make sense to me.

I love JR. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I like how comfortable it is at Hand and Stone.
