Everybody there was very nice to me treat me with respect and also the best improvement on my skin looks nice I would continue to keep going

I felt very relaxed. Sam does a great job of providing a personalized and refreshing experience. I like that she recommends products for my needs at the end of a facial.

Charisma is amazing. She’s one of the best therapists I e seen.

Gary is excellent with therapeutic massage. He knows what is helpful for my orthopedic issues.

Camille took the time to listen specifically to my needs and then did a fantastic job of addressing those muscles during the massage. I had Camille add hot stones to better address the tightness and how I was feeling. During the massage she did a great job of checking in to see if we addressed those needs and if there was more she could do. Added to that Camille is friendly and welcoming -and I felt so much better after my massage. I was relaxed and my muscles were much more loose. What a great way to start the weekend.

As skeptical as i was a year ago to get my first massage, I'm hooked for life! The friendliness of the staff is what brings me back. I feel like I'm treated like a queen. I'm never more relaxed after I'm done with my session. Thank you Hand & Stone for your special attention to your customers.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful which was a significantly better experience than my last visit there. Both massage therapists for our couples massage were professional and did a terrific job!

Overall my boyfriend and I had a great experience with our couples massage. However, I booked a couples massage in January and they canceled on me the day of the massage. The receptionist took my name and number and said that the manager would be getting back to me and they never did. Was a little disappointed that nothing was offered to me due to the inconvenience of having to reschedule on the morning of my expected massage. The massage therapists did a great job. This way our first couples massage and we did have a great experience. I was surprised that no additional services were offered to us!
