I have one person who I go to for a relaxing massage there. She applies just the right amount of pressure that I like. I always leave feeling so much better.

Friendliness of the staff

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone for about 4 or 5 months now. Every experience I’ve had has been wonderful. The massage therapists, male and female, are kind, respectful, and skilled. Each therapist differs slightly in their methods, but I’ve found this to be refreshing and great for my varying needs.

My massage therapist, Kristen is kind, respectful, and always on time. Her massage technique has helped relieved muscle tightness on a long term basis and eliminate my hip pain. Love the hot towel applications!!

The receptionist was one of the best I have experienced here in a long time. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I believe she said her name was Melanie. I apologize if I'm way off. But she was amazing. Kamylle is always the best. She is one of the reasons I continue to return. I still wish you would improve the coverings on the face cradle. I say it each time I fill out the survey. Get ones that fit better. It is very claustrophobic when they come loose.
