Charisma does a great job. I wish she was available after 5 pm more often. I have to come in on weekends in order to get her service.

There was a noticable improvement to my skin - AnaCarina is extremely knowledgeable and does a wonderful job.

When I finally can get in to see a therapist, I’m always very pleased with the atmosphere and extremely pleased with the massage at relieving stress and aches:

JR is always so sweet and checks in on me throughout my prenatal massage. The receptionists are friendly. Hand and stone is always very clean and tidy.

To whom this may concern: My experience with the staff and facials here with my aesthetician was wonderful. What troubled me is the fact that I was told I could cancel my membership anytime with no problems when I asked while signing up without being informed of the 30 day cancellation part. I do not like "hidden" facts and therefore I do not fully trust this company due to that. So my thoughts are very bitter sweet...

The team works hard to help me schedule appointments with my requested therapist, D'Amore. I live 450 miles away from Hand & Stone Menomonee Falls, WI, and have to schedule appointments that coincide with my family visits. I have never felt like my needs are a burden, despite regular changes. And - D'Amore is amazing. She knows what I need and is relentless in making it happen. This location is a great ambassador for your brand.
