My experience with Hand and Stone was so incredibly welcoming the first time I came for my appointment. My therapist made me feel relaxed and did a fantastic job of relieving the tension and sore areas in my shoulders and she didn't make me feel uncomfortable. At age 74, it was my first ever massage experience and I am so thankful my daughter-in-law gave this gift to me. This was my second visit and I'm a forever customer now!!!

Somewhat easy scheduling over the phone, although it was not made clear that the massage scheduled as a gift would last for 80 min (I actually appreciated all the time JR had to take care of my neck, shoulder and back pain). The facial was very relaxing and Sam suggested to try the red LED light. to assist in rejuvenation.

Therapist takes time to work areas specifically requested, and listens to preferences.

My massage therapist was the first therapist to actually spend time on troubled areas. I’ve pointed them out before to other therapists and I felt like they ignored me and spent time equally everywhere and not spending anymore time in any one area

Gary gives a great massage with firm pressure. His space is right next to the main bathroom, so it was a bit noisy from time to time. All in all, a fantastic experience.
