It’s been awhile since I had a massage, my recent visit makes me question why I don’t do this more often! Kristen was a very skilled therapist. She listened to my requests and concerns and did a fantastic job.

My massage was very relaxing and calming. I did not feel rushed. My massage therapist, Danny checked my comfort level frequently. It was a great experience

Gina always addresses my needs before the actual massage begins. She makes sure I am comfortable with everything from the heat/cooling in the room to the pressure she applies. I always feel better after she's done!

I love going to hand and stone. I have the monthly membership, it makes me spend 1 hour a month to focus on myself.
