Barb is FANTASTIC! I was not pleased that memberships were not paused during COVID. I know have more packages then Barb has availability. I wish Hand & Stone would have done what other businesses did and froze payments during the Order to be home.

The therapist knows exactly what to work on and listens if I have some problem areas. The ease of getting appointments with the therapist I like. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

Barb checks with me frequently regarding pressure, comfort of the massage, as well as conferring with me regarding which massage techniques have been the most helpful.

I had the most amazing lady during my massage (Di Amor) she was absolutely perfect and assessed all my needs and more. I am definitely coming back !
