Everything went as planned. But it is unfortunate that it is so expensive without a membership. I had to cancel my membership in the past (twice) because there were no therapists that I liked available for literally MONTHS. I should not have to book 4-5 months in advance. Too much of a hassle...

The staff was welcoming and calming. Tatiana gave a wonderful massage. At checkout, I was offered an opportunity to be a member and the pitch was not pushy (I appreciated that).

Rae is excellent. My only complaint is that I have sensitive skin and need the treatment to have cooling in it to subdue the flare up. The cooling balls are an additional costs that seems outrageous. Other salons provide that as part of the service and I have not had to pay for that.

Tatiana is probably the best massage therapist I've had, I have been coming back every month because of her. She uses the perfect amount of pressure. I have recommended her to several people.

We were easily able to reschedule our original appointment to fit our crazy schedules, our massage therapists were very kind and made us few very comfortable, and the cleanliness of the environment was great.

The person I had was pleasant. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and was very good at giving me the facial I needed for my skin type.
