Daniel is a great massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable of my aches and pains. As an athlete he knows exactly how to put me back together.

I liked Taylor's techniques. I feel much much better with my aches. Front desk staff is really good. Very friendly. Cleanliness of the spa is great.

Erika is extremely knowledgeable and very customer oriented. She goes out of her way to make sure your are comfortable and enjoying the experience. My skin looks so much better - you can definitely see the improvement. Her expertise is the biggest part of my skin improvement, along with the great products she uses and recommends for home use. She is A+++

The massage therapist, Melanie was very pleasant and did a great job. She was very professional. I think I took the survey a few times and was only able to use the $5 coupon once - I think they should make it easier to use or not have it expire.

As a massage therapist I may be a bit more picky than some. I was VERY impressed with Carrie. She had amazing flow and pressure and listened to my requests. Pre-booked with her for next Sunday!

I really like Hand and Stone, immediately upon entering the door it has a great calming environment. The receptionist quickly checked me in and offered me a cup of water. Also everyone I talk to is really friendly and has a great knowledge or all services and products, they even give me tips at home to help my back such as stretches and different ways to sit at my desk.
