The receptionists are usually very friendly. The massage therapist is great. She always asks how I'm feeling, and if there is any areas that need special attention. I always feel great when she's done. Usually I make my next appointment before I leave. Very convenient!

Erica is absolutely fantastic and truly enhances the Hand & Stone brand image. Among many reasons, I'm a loyal client of hers because I really enjoy her facial massages, her ability to educate, her work's passion, and her ability to make me feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed with her friendly, calm demeanor, and custom recommendations for the needs of my skin. She takes my concerns seriously and addresses them thoroughly and sensitively. Love her!As always I also enjoy the cleanliness, receptionists and overall ambiance of the spa.

Nancy was wonderful. She had asked me what areas i wanted her to focus on and I told her i had some neck soreness. She took her time to address the problem area and she also worked out some other areas that i didn't know where tight. I will definatanly ask for Nancy on my next appointment. I have also recommended her to my family members that also has a monthly membership. Thanks again Nancy!!

The environment is calm and soothing. It may have been the best massage I've ever had. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking.

Everybody was extremely nice! They asked me what I wanted to focus on and what problem areas I had. They were also very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Taylor is excellent....very knowledgeable - she likes her career, and it shows! I always ask for Taylor, and will continue to do so. She remembers my problem areas...she listens to me...perfect therapist for me.....and I'm not related to Taylor!
