Hand and Stone

I think the staff is very friendly and normally they greet me by name. I am glad that they are not too pushy and try to sell products to you all the time. My massage therapist goes out of her way to do as I ask and is very friendly - I have seen several at this location. I also think the facility is clean and very relaxing . The value is also great, I have health issues and need to go for a massage for heath reasons and I am glad that I can afford to go as I need to. I sometimes have to go once a week. I recommend all my friends and family to your facility.

The gal who did my facial,Cathy, really listened to me as I didn't want any harsh products used. She did a great job and I can't wait for my next one. My daughter had mild acne and she is almost 13. She recommended some helpful ways to work on this and I bought some products that Cathy recommended.

The staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable. I always feel welcome when I come, and very clean. Magdalena is my massage therapist, and I just love her. She's so kind and listens to my needs. She also communicates with during my massage to make sure the pressure is ok and also asks how I'm feeling.

I always have a nice experience at the Carol Stream Hand & Stone. Everyone is friendly, makes me feel welcomed, and everything is always clean.

Dominiqua is an awesome massage therapist. Really knows how to relieve stress issues. Very knowledgable. My only complaints are the lack of parking since they put Charter Fitness in the same mall. I also cancelled my membership because shortly after I signed up, the prices on the 80 min massage got increased. Was very disappointed. Now I can't afford to go as often so cancelled.

I usually go to the Wheaton location and was very pleased that the Carol Stream location could accommodate me for a day of scheduled appointment at a time that worked for me. Therapist Melonie was terrific!

Everyone at the Carol Stream location is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very relaxing experience.
