Hand and Stone

I've been a member for several years. I started before Covid-19 was a thing. Everything, from the moment I enter to the moment I leave, goes perfectly well! Never had anything remotely negative since my first Hand & Stone massage.

Rui is professional, efficient yet thorough, and has so much experience which I felt in every part of the facial. This was my second one with her and I didn’t think it could get better, but it did. The insights she provides helps me understand my skin better and that is so empowering. Her recommendation for the ultrasound for decongestion of my problem areas was spot-on and left me feeling so much more confident in my appearance. Thank you, Rui!

Jenn always does a great job! She knows me general aches and pains but ensures to ask me if there are specific areas to focus on. Then she quietly works her magic and I appreciate not having to have a conversation while I'm trying to relax. She's very friendly each and every time. It would be nice to have a more relaxing atmosphere in the waiting room. Maybe darken a section of windows and add a large running water fountain against the wall. Seems like the area is too open and guests who walk in/out of the front door disrupt the zen the waiting area is designed for

I needed a stress reliever. The therapist was fantastic. I don’t have a regular routine, but after this visit I would like to schedule more sessions.
