Hand and Stone

I was very unclear on what to expect, do or take advantage of sales and benefits wise. I learned a lot the other day. For instance, I had no idea about the points system or that I had accumulated a lot of points. I had no idea and was not getting emails. The receptionist cleared every thing up for me.

The staff at this hand and stone location is great at what they do. The receptionists greet is by band and we've been seeing our preferred massage therapists for years. Aurora helps me relax and knows what I need to feel better. There is a great level of trust built up over the years.

I received a massage and facial 11/17/23 and let me tel you, i was so happy with both services and my therapist and esthetician. I needed both and i already booked my next appointments. Thank you

I wish the price of membership would not have gone up, but I have never had a massage that didn't relax me and every therapist I've had has been great.

I don't like the increase in the cost. It's getting VERY expensive. My wife dropped her membership due to the cost increase in Sept.
