THe staff have always been friendly and accomodating.

I was a very relaxing experience and I thought the staff who took care of me were excellent.

Nancy was great!!

The spa has a very nice ambience, my therapist was very good.

I prefer deep tissue massage or high pressure massages and not always available to book someone who can do that.

I am always highly satisfied by the front desk staff and Natalie! They are all wonderful and consistently go out of their way to be friendly snd helpful. My only dissatisfaction is the cost of the exceptional facials for members. Paying extra for a service I consistently need isn't the best.

The facial woman was good, being knowledgeable and was thorough However I felt she was pretty fast in her movements & they felt too rough & “aggressive”

The masseuse I normally use is no longer available for my work schedule. Mary is a good masseuse but I prefer Aurora.

I didn't say I wasn't highly satisfied with my experience, I said I wasn't sure I could continue my membership because of personal finances (retirement). It would be nice if you would give a senior discount! I am very satisfied with everyone at Carol Stream Hand and Stone.

Limited number of therapists that I like are available when I can come. My husband and I have the same problem. Some months it's impossible to get an appointment.
