Pressure of massage was too aggressive

I find it difficult to schedule a massage several weeks to a month in advance due to my work schedule and there are practically no appointments available when trying to schedule a week or week and a half in advance.

Massage therapist seemed bored or tired during the appointment.

There aren’t enough therapist working at this location. I have credits built up because I can’t get an appointment when I would like because there are only 6 people working there and a few are always booked.

Always room for improvement

I really enjoy the last minute deal bookings. I was advised at this last visit, I will be limited to two per year. I am upset to hear about this change. It is a disservice to someone who doesn't always have the availability to schedule appointments ahead of time. It's what gets me in the door.

Haven’t used it

Value for the price was disappointing . It wasn’t a full hour and I had a gift card that was valued at $159.99 and o still had to pay $10 for deep tissue . I can find an equally god if not better massage for less cost and even longer time . I feel your price is very high unless you commit to a membership. Would have liked more work on my legs … I had stated need for this but felt like less time was spent on this are and more on my back, which I didn’t prefer to have massaged

The last few times I've visited, I was directly next to a room with a customer who preferred to talk during their service, which is completely fine but I do wish there were separate areas for those who are okay with talking during service and those who are hoping for a quiet service.

I love my membership and the business as a whole. My only issue is that all the service providers do different techniques - some do extractions some don't. Some do massage some don't ,
