To most all questions I responded highly satisfied so I would not say that I was not highly satisfied. If I had to give any feedback it would be that there was too much discussion of cost, how I was paying, the value of my gift card, etc. This service was a gift to me (via gift card), the discussion of money at all kinda defeated the purpose of coming in for some stress relief. I spent the whole appointment then thinking about the gift card.

Overall, it was fine. I didn't like how the therapist was clearly trying to upsell me on additional services. I was asked if I wanted additional services when I checked in as well.

Nice people. Knowledgeable staff. Clean.

past massage therapist are stealing clients for new place

After a relaxing massage and facial, I don't want to be upsold on products. It stresses me out and defeats the purpose of my visit. However, Aurora and Natalie were great!

Cost have gone up and product have been discontinued

The therapist, Pat, was great. Friendly, thorough, and knew her trade well. Pricing was ok. I got what I expected.

I have to schedule my massage appointments later in the day due to my work schedule so I have different massage therapists for my appointments. It is hard to get comfortable , when my therapist switch with each appointment

I’m not very confident of the online booking system. Apparently you can make an appointment online and it can be duplicated and you then are told they have to cancel your appointment. They did offer another therapist for an alternate appointment but why would I want to change therapist.
