I waited 10 min past my appt to be called in. Time crunch I felt.

I felt the facial was not long enough. Not sure if it’s because the extra services I added on or if this is normal.

She asked for what specific areas needed attention and she worked on those areas. It would have been more highly rated if she had provided maybe compression in all areas to relax the whole body before focusing on the area of concern. It is not a bad thing just would have been a better to best thing if done in my opinion.

The only problem I had was that I couldn't use my gift card to purchase products. I would've liked to use my gift card in full but was advised that I couldn't unless I became a member. Not a great policy. This was not disclosed to us when we purchased the gift card.

It’s just an ok place. I go there because it’s consistent. I’m never wowed!

Aurora is fantastic but think her treatment room is on the opposite wall of a break room as you can hear people talking & it’s distracting

I was satisfied with the appointment. I thought it was a bit expensive, but I had a gift card. My face felt fine after the appointment, it looked brighten but felt tight.

Front desk was amazing ( Mariah is a Queen!) and the therapist was good when she got the posts but there was way too much lotion used so she was unable to get in deep where needed, she missed the spot in my back and shoulder I came in for and her nails were painful. Scratching and also sharp when pressed into my skin. I would wince and she would reduce pressure maybe thinking that’s I was wincing or flinching. She was nice but this unfortunately took away from the session quality I was expecting.

I don’t want a membership and will not pay $50 more than I already did. $80 was more than fair for this service, any more would be too much
