Hand and Stone

The estiticians next door on both sides were banging drawers and doors. Then one room had the loudest bang on the wall that both of us got scared. Reception didnt have an answer to what happened. Hard to relax with all that noise.

We need bigger robes and smocks…

Massage therapist is very strong with her technique.

After the massage, in other places, you are brought to a private room to sit for a while. We were brought to the entrance space-was nice but not private.

My products were not available. Would have enjoyed more Facial massage.

I feel that I can often find a better value for my money elsewhere. The membership is becoming expensive.

I noticed a sign was placed at the reception stating, "suggested Gratuities" I find this offensive and very nervy of the owner.

Hard to book here. Getting better but not great.

highly satisfied is an extreme - to say I wasn't highly satisfied doesn't mean i wasn't satisfied - I definitely was - just not to an extreme of nothing being able to be improved upon.

The masseuse was not very experienced but with time he will do ok
