Hand and Stone

I requested a hot stone massage at 2, but I received a call stating the massage therapist I originally was supposed to have was not going to be there. Not a problem, I made my appointment for a later time the same day. Day of my appointment, I was told the massage therapist assigned to me was not licensed in hot stones, so they stated I would have to get a regular massage. They stated they tried to tell me on the phone, but the call cut out. A bit annoyed, but my massless great. I will probably come back, but not for awhile.

Great and relaxing

I have had cooling balls after facials at other spas, I need cooling instead of heat and recommend for my skin type (which many have), please add the cooling balls to the end of the service to reduce redness and inflammation. Helps for sensitive skin! Please consider adding.

the service was great! i was just disappointed to find out that i need to continue paying for my membership or else i will lose some of the benefits i have acquired. i was glad though to learn of the HOLD option.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist is wonderful. She always addresses my areas that are bothering me. I can’t wait to see her again.

I have been a member for years and I love my facial services. However, I need the sensitive skin facial every time because of my sensitivity. It would be nice to get a discount on this additional 20 dollar service because I do it every time and I've been coming for years. I don't see it as an upgrade.

Did not achieve the relaxation that I hoped for.

Im just use to seeing Lupe and love her! She keeps the fan on for white noise so I don't ever hear people talking outside the room. Jessica was great too, just different! She cracked some parts of my back that felt great!! The table was super creaky though and made noise anytime i moved

I wish costs aren’t little lower
