Front desk lady annoying, talks over you, and is too intense.

I had two issues... I was not taken right at my scheduled time but I understand that sometimes things run a few minutes behind. When my massage was over i realized that the time was exactly at the hour and I know for a fact that I wasn't in the room at that time besides waiting extra time, changing and then the therapist coming in to begin I was shorted time for my massage probably by 15 minutes. Also when I was checking out the receptionist wanted to charge me a higher rate for my hour massage when I clearly asked for the rate at the time of booking. She did honor the amount I was told on the phone but that was a bit unsettling that I would have been charged more. Otherwise my therapist was good.

This was my first visit and the cost was supposed to be $59.95. I was charged $69.95 and based on the therapist suggestion (which I agreed to on her recommendation), charged an additional $15 for hot stones. That said, I was very satisfied with the massage itself. She focused on the area I requested and did a nice job.

Well sometimes the receptionist take a long time to attend because there are others in the line or because they are on the phone. This not about my September 13th visit. It was sometime in august that I experienced a wait time to check and and check out. But generally they’ve been pretty great!

I was still satisfied with my service, but I did ask the receptionist a question about a 90-minute massage versus a 60-minute massage and how that worked with my membership. She was unable to answer. Not a huge deal, but was just information I was curious about.

Everything was satisfactory and met expectations. Highly satisfied would have required exceeding expectations, but I didn't have concerns during my visit.

The massage therapist never massaged my thighs or hips, did 95% of the massage face down which is very uncomfortable on the face for that long, and when I was on my back she didn't massage my neck or upper chest like has been done by every massage therapist I have seen over the years.

I still felt some knots in my back but it could just be the massage style is different than others

Ive told H&S not to use dermalogic products on me but they were used. I wasnt asked or told what product line would be used.

I booked a 50 minute swedish massage with an additional peppermint scalp massage. I expected that the original massage would be the full 50 minutes and that the scalp massage would an addition 10-15 minutes but they were all combined. It's not the therapist but H&S that needs to either correct or communicate better
