Taylor always does an excellent job, I'll miss her. The esthetician was so sweet but very new. She did fine but will require more expirence before she turns out an excellent product. It's not meant to be hurtful but constructive information

During my massage the music was horrible. Nobody wants to listen to symbols banging while trying to relax. It sounded like music you’d experience at an outside cafe, not a spa.

It was just really loud in the room. I could hear the front desk talking and laughing throughout the massage. Lupe was great tho, she is great at what she does. She had a really creepy guest right before me and I felt bad she had to deal with him.

I feel like i am always short 5 minutes of my massage. This last time i was put in the room at 6 05 started massage at 6 09 and ended my session at 6 55. I understand its 50 minute massage but i still had atleast 4 to 5 more minutes more.

Did not like the music playing in the room. Was too aggressive. Would prefer classic spa music instead

I expected my arms to be included in the swedish massage

Maggie, the massage therapist, did a great job. She is very friendly and works on the areas that need attention. Everything else is good.

I was really satisfied with my appointment. It was a last minute thing and I was able to get in right away. My estatition had notrs from my last visit. I was impressed.

Trying to get an appointment. Finding a therapist that can work with CBD oil. And the lack of fresh odor of the towel at the end of the massage.

Overall, I felt my experience was wonderful and I will certainly come back again. But nobody went out of their way to make it extraordinary. I do wish more time was spent on the lower half of my body during the massage, although I did not specify that in my initial conversation with my therapist, so I will remember to do so for next time.
