I loved the massage and felt very relaxed. The only issue was people talking right outside the room for a brief time. This was a bit distracting that's all.

Having a hard time finding appointments with Taylor. But that’s my problem because I will only see Taylor and she’s only there a few days a week. She’s so awesome!

I just felt it was okay. The ambience changed- everything seemed to be painted a dreary gray. Therapist was strong abc addressed areas but some areas of the body that are sensitive (like right above hips) were worked too hard and has left me sore

I was going to cancel my membership because I haven’t been happy with the massage therapists in a very long long time. I got Darrin this last time and I will keep my membership because he was amazing!!

My skin felt great and loved samples of products given!

I got the paraffin wax for my feet which was described to be my the receptionist as ending with a mini foot massage to rub everything in. All the therapist did was take the booties off and clean the wax off with a warm towel. My second problem area was my neck and shoulders which were only worked on for about the last 10 minutes.

I didn’t know until we began it was a 50 min massage. (Not the therapists fault) she provided the best massage I’ve ever gotten and I’ve completed the membership as a result and scheduled for my next appt!

My lips felt burnt in 2 spots. Still healing. My face felt dry. Went home and applied Aqua for to my face and lips.

Im not sure which visit this survey refers to, but some therapists are great and others not as good. These time the lobby was just dirty but im there for the quality of massage overall.

I was told that the $30 dollar facial was no longer available. I got home and my wife showed me an ad that stated it was extended. No big deal, just was interested in it.
