Therapist was not so much friendly. She try come in I was still not undress. She pronounced my first name wrong and if I correct her she give me that weird look. I'm not feel the relax because I can't bread through the mask.

It is so hard to understand how I read the receipt. I sometimes feel I’m overcharged because the receipt is now self explanatory. Also, I said several times before that I don’t want to have a male massage therapist but the receptionist does not look atnotes in the system so I have to explain again.

Every thing was good. Just not memorable. First therapist I had was great. It’s just to hard to get her.

I found my service provider’s speech/accent to be hard to understand, although she was super nice. Made it difficult to discuss service options/upgrades with her. I was happy with the service I received but would have liked to have discussed others also.

understand the mask policy but it not comfortable having on for entire time when I am face down in the pillow rest I think having option not to have mask over mouth and nose would be nice - even if concern over cough having it over mouth should be accpetable. In regards to being face up I understand and will follow the rules

When booking the appointment I had added on a few services. At the time of the appointment these were not indicated to the esthetician. She was able to get everything together but it did cause delay.

I was quite satisfied. Just had a different therapist than I am use to so the experience was just different. That does not mean it was necessarily bad. It was enjoyable and very relaxing

Massage is normally 50 minutes but I hope to have it for an hour

Overall I am highly satisfied with my experience. The only drawback was that I typically carry a lot of tension, but the massage didn't relieve much of it. It was relaxing, but I am still pretty tight. However, the therapist did her best considering I was sunburned.

The smell of the oil after the massage smelled rancid - like old cooking oil. I have experienced this before. Not sure what product is used but sometimes your massage oil smells terrible.
