Prices continue to increase, I understand prices need to go up to compensate employees but I'm not sure why the CBD oil prices went up. It was a big price hike.

Using better smelling products such as essential oils would be nice or offering client to choose a scent. Massage was delayed but masseuse apologized which was nice.

I arrived early but my appointment did not start on time.

You raise the prices. You first raise the price of the massage by $10 even for club members and now you changed the price of the upgrade to 90 minutes to $40- That is too expensive to add 30 minutes because that’s bringing the total of your massage for club members to $100. You should keep the pricing the same for members, 4995 for 50 minute massage and $30 upgrade

I recently booked a 80 minute massage in July in Brentwood, TN and the cost was an extra $20. I was SHOCKED when I was asked for $40 in Carol Stream, IL for the exact same additional 30 minutes!! NEVER again will i get an 80 minute in Carol Stream. $40 for an extra 30 minutes is completely ridiculous!

The appointment was at least 10 mins late. The pressure wasn’t deep enough

30$ for CBD oil during a 50 minute massage seems excessive, since I was able to buy a high quality full spectrum, third party tested oil at a reasonable price. I would think 15$ would be fair

We were in a couples massage and the other therapist did not know how to do the heavenly hands treatment so she kept asking questions and interrupting my massage to learn how to do the treatment. Also I got the heavenly feet which I tried for the first time and this is something I will not add on again- the booties were too big and the paraffin wax was not hot enough. When we checked out were learned that there is also a $10 per person fee added if we do a couples massage which we did not know about when booking our appointment.

The massage started late but ended at the same time so I did not get the full 60 min

I was a little bummed out that my massage therapist was so light with pressure. I was told that she did light-medium pressure but was hoping for medium and that isn't what I felt.
