Hand and Stone

Our appointment was rescheduled and due to that we were offered free enhancements with our couples massage, which we did not receive as the receptionist did not check the notes.

Overall I love my hand and stone facials with Christina. It is a monthly treat to myself! And I can see the improvements of my skin.

There was much confusion on how and how much to charge me. The receptionist wasn't experienced enough to be able to take off of my discount or gift card. Also no smaller bills for change available for cash gratuity. I had no choice but to over tip.

The waiting room was un-comfortably warm. Happy it wasn't a long wait.

I am very pleased with the massage therapist. He did a great job. Michael is always professional. I recommended him to my friends. The reason I didn’t rate this place higher, because of my previous experience (facial last spring) was not so great. Facial was ok, but less than 40 minutes. instead of 50

I was informed that my massage package had expired. No warnings, not happy and will be canceling my membership soon.

My original esthetician is on vacation so booking an appointment was difficult due to the availability. My first appointment was booked and then had be cancelled due to the esthetician not being there.

My friends are using different places already. They like their and I like mine.

I rush to be on time and then I waited 5 minutes after my time started.
