I would love to make more bookings with my own massage therapist but that particular massage therapist is being stretched thin between 2 locations

On a scale of 1- 10; 10 highest pain/stress; I was at a 15. There's only so much massage that can be done in an hour. No negative reflection on the massage. I just need to destress!

- purchased deep tissue massage but the pressure was only moderate - there was a little too much talking for it to be truly relaxing

The massage was amazing. The facial was good the issue was the time. Her clock was 5 min faster than the iPhone world clock. She started at 10:08 her time. Ended at 10:55 her time. 47 minutes when it’s advertised at an hour. When she left the room for me to change after it was over my clock said 10:51. I just feel that the clocks should read the exact time that it really is. And the service should be what it says it is. If it’s a 50 min facial it should be advertised as so. I’m an Esthetician myself, her facial was good. But facials are an hour. That’s how long it takes. If it’s 50 minutes, that means there is areas that are skimmed through. In this case it was the massage. Hers was very short. I am telling you all this not to complain, but for advice on how to maybe improve. Overall it was a great experience. These services like massages and facials should be on the hour. Anything less than that, clients start to feel gipped. I would think 55 minutes is better than 50.

I think the cost is not competitive, the location has limited parking, appointment times are difficult to get to match my schedule, and I had an allergic reaction to something in the room or linens and got a rash on my side.

It is very imperative that masages are a full 50 minutes. Even 46-47 is simply unacceptable.

I have an issue with company advertising 1 hour facial service which actually is under 50 minutes. It doesn't take 10 minutes to undress and dress after procedure. I don't find this is a good value even with discount offered.

I hate that I cannot precheck our anymore. I am a member. I do not services. I pre book my next appointment. Tip in cash. I want to get my massage and walk out. Not stand in line for 15 minutes and wait to check out. I’m not going to rip you off! I hate the new changes. And as friendly and the new receptionists are the constant upsell is obnoxious. And so loud. I want calm, peaceful and quiet. I left amped up after listening to people argue over a gift card. UGH.

The service is great, but it puts me off a little that everything is a coupon, or membership rate, etc. Why cant the massage just be 49$ each time? I don't like having to join a membership to be able to afford the service. I get the feeling I"m being taken advantage of. Price is high, so you can give a coupon. It should just be a low price.

I think there is always room for improvement. I really don't like that companies throughout the world are dependent on these surveys and that you link employee performance to them. You put pressure on the consumer to rank everything perfect or the employee is affected negatively. So I feel I have to say I was highly satisfied to not have any adverse affect on the employee. And then its just all smoke and mirrors. Just don't buy into this whole survey epidemic that has taken over every aspect of life.
