The massage oil should be washed off by the therapist, with a hot towel. Here my therapist usually says there’s a warm towel if you want to clean yourself. I basically have to go home and take a shower, when it could have easily been part of the massage.

My massage therapist was very chatty. She talked about things not relevant to my massage and it was very distracting. I go for massages to relax and for peace, it was more of a long conversation. Also, at the end of my visit, when I was checking out, the receptionist was pushing the monthly massage services HARD. It was like being pressured to buy a time share. Even after I said no thank you, she kept pushing, to the point where it became uncomfortable. It kind of ruined the experience for me.

The therapist did not apply enough pressure. She continued to move around the bed and would keep one finger on my back. She would run out of product on my hands and feet so her hands did not glide but rather pulled on my skin. She rolled the sheet under any exposed extremity and this caused a large uneven bump which was uncomfortable. The emollient used felt wet but not slippery and there was often a feeling of friction across my upper back and then shoulder area toward the end. She was very shaky and these movement caused me to feel uneasy and did not contribute to the relaxation for which I had come in.

Floors need to be vacuumed better.

Trying to understand the value compared to other options.

I loved my aesthetician, Selena, and my massage. The only recommendation I would have made is that I'd like a neck/shoulder massage with my facial. I'm not sure if this is an added upgrade, or not, but I'm used to receiving neck/shoulder massages when I get facials at other places (and I get facials very often).

My past facials I received a short hand treatment while waiting for the 10 min mask...this particular visit I did not, the employee just sat behind me doing nothing, was rather awkward.

Hard to get appointments for therapist I have been going to

I have a relationship with Melanie, and she was the reason I joined in the beginning. I cannot book with her (due to her availability), even 4 MONTHS advance notice! I am being forced to try other therapists, and some of them have been very good, but I have my favorite. So, it is frustrating and will probably be the reason I cancel my membership.
