Reception didn't understand what special stone service really does. Plus finally found therapist that did great special technique and found out he's leaving.

I don't like the booking process where I select a time online, and then someone has to call me to confirm the time/date. I don't understand why it can't just be completely online.

The facial I had was great. The massage was ok, the massage therapist didn’t ask what I wasn’t to work on specifically. She kept the light on and talked through most of the massage. I never got a chance to fully relax

Everything went well, but overall - I feel like I have to rush out of the room so the next client doesn't have to wait. I know how much I hate waiting, so I don't want the next person to have a bad experience.

Though my husband and I enjoy our massage sessions with Magdalena and Maggie, we find that the entire place is filled with dust. I have informed the front desk including their former manager Ayanna and the new manager Marella that all of the vents including the bathroom are filthy, but no one has done anything about it. I have repeatedly mentioned this in the surveys, but no one seemed to care. Also, my husband and I are disappointed that lately our appointments starts too late and end too soon. Not to mention the appointments we recently booked for the months of April and May were all can not be found in the system so we had to find another availability. If things gets worse we may have to stop supporting this business. We would greatly appreciate a call back from Marella (815) 298-5225.

Frustrated with ongoing inability to book online anymore. Addressed with studio and via corporate email - only solution is to start a new acct & lose prior info (which therapists previously used). I want to see available appts online and not be directed by someone on the phone as I now have to book.
