Salt stones felt a little sharp at times. Maybe more ambiance in the lobby and massage room. More specials for members. I don’t really feel like I am getting anything special for the price I pay.

I have a busy work schedule. Is difficult booking appointments. Had tried several times and was told they were "Booked " for the entire day. Need better availability. Maybe some kind of member privilege.

We went in for our first couples massage in March and upon checking out were told about your member options. We signed up (my husband and myself) for the member option and at that same time we booked our next couples massage for April. When we checked out from our massage on Saturday we were surprised to be charged an additional $10 each for the use of the bigger, couples room. When we were told about the membership there was no mention that a couples massage was considered an enhancement, which would have been good business practice given that we had just had a couples massage and had booked another one. To be fair, it is listed as an enhancement in the paperwork but no actual cost is listed. The spa was not busy and I feel 1) we were misled by the omission of the extra cost when we signed up and 2) $10 each seems excessive for using the "bigger" room. I was very disappointed with this and would suggest in the future the staff be more forthcoming with specific extra charges when it is clear that service is what the enrollee is making appointments for. I do want to compliment both Daisy & Taylor as they gave excellent massages and my husband and I were happy. Thank you, Sue

The past 3 girls I have had left. I recieved my new girl was new and not as knowledgeable as the past ones. Everyone has to start out and I will give her another try just was not as good as the past ones have been.

On my 3rd esthetician in the last 4 months ...they suddenly no longer working there. The turn over is a bit concerning for various reasons. Just when you get comfortable with one, they leave!

I was a little disappointed that everything beyond a basic facial is now an upsell. I used to have a choice between a few of the basic types of facials and all of them now cost extra.

I don't appreciate the receptionist trying to sell me products, packages, upgrade massages etc at every visit.
