No reason

The only thing I can say why I was not highly satisfied was the amount of talking and laughing from the receptionists. It didn't bother me to the point where I would not go again, but it took away from the experience a little.

There's was a problem with my gift card and I have not received a call back from the manager yet to resolve it

First time I visited the receptions (both of them on MLK day) checked me in and gave me my new patient paperwork and collected it, but did not tell my masseuse so my massage started late! On my second visit (Thursday) this receptionist was very knowledgeable and on top of things.

Massage was not as relaxing as others I have had at your facility.

I enjoyed the service and thought it helped as well. I was very satisfied with the knowledge and friendliness of the entire staff. Nothing negative to report.

I was highly satisfied. The therapist was probably the best one I ever had there.

The cost was higher than anticipated, and when promoted with suggested products to purchase, I felt cornered into making the purchase which made me uncomfortable.

Rui is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and requests are met. I love my monthly appointment with her.
