I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. the woman who gave me the facial was kind, friendly and did a good job. I already booked a follow up whit her next month

I checked in at 15 mins prior to my appointment but was not taken back until 5 mins after my appointment time. Then had to wait another 5-10 mins to start after changing.

The people behind the desk are always pushing add-ons, a facial, products, etc. and I feel that it is not necessary and unprofessional.

I asked for deep tissue and was told my massage therapist was good with deep tissues. However I didn’t think he was really deep tissue. He was very nice though and did a good job otherwise.

The areas that I did get massaged were great! Skillful pressure was applied and therapist was able to find all my knots. That being said I really wish the therapist would have worked on my legs and not just my back. I left feeling a little incomplete.

Nothing on this Earth is perfect.

Highly satisfied is a pretty high rank. I was overall satisfied with my experience - it was comfortable and relaxing. She spent time with me and I will return. It's been a while since my last facial, so the first time isn't a cure all.

Everything is always wonderful! I only wish they offered appointments on the half hour. On the hour is hard for me to schedule.

As a member a Microderm was $100. The treatment was great as well as staff however with groupon, living social ext I feel this over priced
