The massage was great! The foot massage could of been better. Enjoyed the moist towel wrap around my feet. That was very soothing.

Couples Massage. In the middle of the massage, I hear the water running and sounded like she was squeezing water out of a towel. so distracting. unsatisfied.

I don't feel you should have to pay extra for the room to smell relaxing. Too many ads one for $$$. Daniel is wonderful therapist though.

The massage therapist I like is Melanie. Since she has cut way back on her hours, I will most likely cancel my membership. I came in to see Nancy because Melanie was not available. Waiting 2 months or more for an appt. is not practical for me.

Just some difficulty checking out that took longer than I anticipated

This was my first professional massage and I was concerned about what to expect. I expressed this to my therapist in hopes that should would give me a sense of what to expect, but she continued on as if I'd been there many times. She was very friendly and great at her profession, it was just a personal distinction I had hoped for. I am confident I will be Highly Satisfied after my next massage appointment.

I am very happy with Erika! She is fantastic and does a great job. She represents your company very well. My only problem was over billing with the series, which was charging me for 1 1/2 hrs of service, but only receiving 1 hour of service. But that is now straightened out. I know to book my micro separate from my monthly hour of service. You really shouldn't double charge your clients like that.

Want to try other places less expensive

I have been to several spa so I know so I'll say rate likely
