Cost of add ons is not a great value for what you get. Foot treatment was not worth spending the extra money on.

It is not real close to my house, although you have convenient hours, and the therapist did not work on my shoulder of which I specifically asked. Shoulder still hurts.

At this particular location (Carol Stream), there is not a steam room (I thought they had one in Crystal Lake, if I'm wrong, I apologize). I love Melanie (masseuse), however when she was unavailable, another girl acted rushed and it was not relaxing.

Very easy to book, the environment was very similar to a day spa, very friendly staff.

It's a lot of money to continually go

My skin was not completely clear of buildup following the procedure. I felt that the experience and results were not worth the money spent for it ($100+).

She was 1/2 hr late to the appointment. Andrea was very sweet & sorry for not being on time

I was charged for the hand and foot treatment, but only received the hand treatment. I let the staff know at checkout I had not received to foot treatment after my credit card was run. I got the money back right away. I wasn't impressed with the hand treatment. For the extra charge I didn't feel like it was worth it. Exfoliation and moisturizing my hands. That's all?? Not much time spent on this. I would have liked my hands to have been massaged for longer. Otherwise everything was great!

The membership is a good deal, but the upgrades are pretty expensive.
