i like that this location is close to home but I really prefer the one in Wheaton.

Therapist did not massage anything below waist such as thighs or legs.

I am wondering if you changed the Wax product? This time the wax residue seemed sticky and I have never experienced this before. Erica is very good about removing all the wax, however there was a residue left this time.

Sometimes it is very difficult for a couple to get the massages at the same time with our therapist

Taylor, my massage therapist was very friendly and I believe, she wished to be very accomodating. She has not however mastered the techniques for "working out the kinks", in my case, in the neck and shoulder area. I think she is still "finding her way" in knowing how and where to apply pressure. Without a doubt she has a friendly attitude - but needs more experience and confidence in what she was doing. The massage was very relaxing but not therapeutic. I did not care for her scalp massage. I think she was afraid of messing up my hair.

They offer to add on the head scrub or foot scrub. I said the foot, and received a scalp scrub. I received the head scrub and commented to the masseuse that I had ordered the foot but enjoyed the scalp rub. She said it was put in the computer as a scalp scrub. The receptionist apologized and asked if I ended up liking the scalp.scrub. I said yes. She said "oh food". She then told me.she took the $3 off the price as it was a special.

Slow start to my massage but all ended pretty well. I did ask for him to focus majority on my back and a little on my legs and feet but he only massaged my back. I will say the back massage was great!

I do not like the fact that I cannot let my daughter use as many of my packages as she wants. Why can we only use 3 per year? They are already paid for, what do you care who uses them? Also, I don't like the policy of having to pay an additional $10 is she does use them. Again, they are already paid and you are not out any money. It doesn't cost you anything for a different body to use them. I am extremely busy and don't have time for massages every month so they build up. I should be able to use them any way I want and if that is giving them to my daughter I should be able to without a penalty. This alone is making me seriously consider cancelling my membership. The location I go to wasn't always like that and the new owners are going "by the book." There should be some leeway here. One of the reasons I signed up for membership was because I was told my daughter could use the packages too. Where is the customer service? There are plenty of other massage places out there that would like the new business. I seriously wonder how much longer this location will be in business if the owners aren't willing to take care of their customers.

I was hoping for a deep tissue massage. It was a very relaxing massage but it did not help my problem areas
