I am highly satisfied with my awesome Message Therapist - Taylor. She ROCKS the massage! The plants in the reception area are dead and need to be removed/replaced. Thank you for an overall great time. I am a current member.

I thought I said I was highly satisfied. What I am not happy about is the archaic, hidden, and cumbersome way of recording that I have gift card credit. Checking out has been cumbersome and embarrassing as I insist to the cashier with other customers nearby, that I have some built up gift card credit to use instead of charging my credit card. Ideally the cashier says, "How would you like to pay?" And I say "Usung gift card credit." And they easily find this credit instead of digging around for it in the depths of their computer, and they respond "Sure."

My aestheticism was a nice person to be sure. I explained that I'd had microderm at Hand & Stone twice before with a staff member who is no longer there. I indicated that I really wanted a much more aggressive microderm this time to exfoliate off the summer suntan. She didn't tell me what level was used as Al'isha used to do. Nor did she give me instructions on what to do for aftercare at home, although she tried to sell me an exfoliating product for which no samples were available. Guess I just felt like I didn't get what I asked for and even though the price was a special promotion I was overall disappointed.

This room is always hot. I have mentioned it many times and Melanie does not seem to have any control over it. The problem I have is that Melanie is too popular. She is very good and I enjoy the monthly massages, but recently she had a family issue and even though I am a member and have booked appointments 2 months into the future, I was told I would have to wait over 2 months for a time that was convenient for me. That's crazy... Thankfully, there was a cancellation and I was able to get in and not skip this month's session. In my opinion, there seems to be no preferential treatment of clients who have monthly memberships. It is a real problem booking with her when something goes wrong... I feel preferred clients should be called when any openings come up as a first choice policy.

Love everything except the price of products to purchase. Got a small lotion for 55 dollars, 10%discount didn't seem like enough for a member.

The ambiance was lacking and it did not smell spa like. Need to burn some nice smelling candles. Office door was open to reception looked sloppy. Need a quiet room and changing area with showers would be great

Appointment availability was a little difficult over the phone. Making a same day appointment less than 2 hours later and being told I would be charged a cancellation fee if I cancelled was intimidating to hear. As for the service, it was good customer service and friendliness. I do suggest being able to have some neck support available on the beds for laying down for 50 min facial. My neck felt strained towards the end. That being said, it was overall a good experience and would consider trying it again.
