She always asks if there is a certain area to focus on and never assumes it’s the same as the last .

Natalie is wonderful! She is through and always make sure I get the correct facial or service for depending on how my skin is. I have sensitive skin and she is always aware and will point me in the right direction when I ask for suggestions.

The reception is very clean and makes you feel relaxed, the receptionist and massage therapist are friendly and professional and the massage is great with the right pressure. I feel like I get a good value for my membership.
