I feel I’m always welcome and the staffs are always smiling and friendly. The aneastiatician is very knowledgeable. She listened to my concern and knew what to do for my face, very gentle.

Massage was very good. I have been returning to the same person because he does a good job of targeting my shoulders and neck and uses a good amount of pressure. Could be more relaxing if I could hear the music (could be just my hearing). Also I prefer not to chat during the massage...lol and sorry if that sounds rude, just helps me relax better.

The therapist is awesome . Aurora is the best and based on her availability I’m guessing others feel the same. I am disappointed in how the membership works but I guess I’m stuck with it .
