Hand and Stone

My monthly appointment is part of my well being routine, which I have in place for myself. I have been a proponent for 'massage therapy' for a number of years! This monthly routine for me has been in place for approximately 15 years --- with various private therapists. When I started with H&S about 3 years ago....I enjoyed one professional for the entire time...Taylor. When Taylor moved out of state, she recommended Maggie C, at H&S, as a good fit for me, to become my massage therapist! Taylor did an excellent job in recommending Maggie C for me! Maggie is highly regarded and appreciated! I am delighted with H&S and the level of professionalism that I see every time I'm there. Nothing negative to report.......I'm not a 'techie' person, so maybe I always question if I filled out the paperwork from my computer for H&S correctly. That's it!

Khalila was super friendly and informative about every single product she put on my face, and she answered all my questions. She talked to me about each step in the process of of the facial and why she did it, and also gave me her own personal tips about how to better take care of my skin. 10/10

Aurora at the Carol Stream location is very knowledgeable and I will be returning to see her in the future. Natalie is excellent! She recommended the microdermabrasion with the vitamin c infusion. Wow! My skin felt and looked amazing!

I was highly satisfied with my service! From scheduling the appointment to how I was treated in office, the service was above and beyond. Very clean, extremely kind and informative. I really appreciated their friendliness and the way they confirmed consent!

Maggie is absolutely wonderful! She is a excellent message therapist and is a very friendly person! Overall everything was great!

I always love getting my massages from Kelsie. She has a firm pressure and works out my problem areas. I feel very relaxed when I leave.
