I absolutely love the reception staff, especially Francis. They are always friendly and personable, as well as helpful. I like having a few different massage therapists I can go to for specific needs. Rui is the most incredible estethician!

As always - clean premises, efficient and friendly greeting. I've been a member for a long time. My therapist is the best! While Taylor is moving on...I will give her recommendation a try, Maggie, and see if she is a good fit for me.

My massage therapist listens to my needs and wants. I was having terrible shoulder pain and she cured it! I appreciate the friendliness.

Rui is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled! She explains what she's doing, why she's doing it, what the product is for and what your end results should be. I recommend her to everyone I see. She's the only esthetician that I'll see. She's amazing in everything she does!

Everyone is so kind and welcoming. April does a wonderful job and I can’t thank her enough! Everything is always clean and tidy and a great space to be. I always feel better when I leave.

I continue to go to the carol stream location due to Kelsie. She is a great therapist and I can not recommend her enough. She listens to what I have to say and reacts to the way my body reacts and adjusts as necessary.

I am staying with my mom who had a broken leg so I had to go to a different hand and stone location by her house. I had hurt my back and Tina and the entire staff were very helpful and healing and stretching out my back and offered resolutions beyond just massage therapy. I am truly grateful for this experience.

Daniella is amazing. I have a hand and stone not far from my house, but I choose to drive about 40 minutes jus to visit with her. She does an amazing job and a fantastic attitude.

John was great! Loved the classical music instead of the 'sounds' Not likely to renew due to the planned membership rate increase
