The experience was phenomenal, the reception people were very friendly and welcoming. The Therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable, was communicative during the massage, which helped her to focus on the areas that needed attention. I have had massages in the past this was far and away the best experience I have had. And honestly needed this, I am a committed customer they won my loyalty.

Kelsie is hands down the the best massage therapist I have had in all the years I have been a client at H&S. She is very friendly and addresses my specific needs each time I go for a massage. She applies the amount of pressure I need (which is a LOT!) so that each time I leave, I feel better than before. I highly recommend her!
