Friendly front desk. Aurora was a new massage therapist for me because my last one is no longer there and she did even a better job. Some strong pressure for me at first, but when I told her to lessen it, it was comfortable and consistent after correction.

Am an older client for H&S --- Taylor is my choice therapist....very pleased with the reception area, and the massage room....no problems at all.

I’ve loved coming here to get massages because the massage therapists are all so kind and skilled. One thing the massage therapist told me about after my session was how there were some customers that she has interacted with before who gave her a hard time for not being timely due to the new cleaning and sanitizing procedures before and after each client. I think it would be wise for the receptionists at the front to be responsible for addressing these initial problems so clients know and understand the cleaning procedures. I work as a critical care nurse and these are things I have to communicate with patients and visitors every day regarding sanitizing procedures, mask compliance, timing of visits, etc. Otherwise, I felt very comfortable wearing the mask during my massage and the therapist ensures she was maintaining cleanliness as well. Love hand and stone and so glad to be back!

The room where I was taken was thoroughly cleaned and no one was allowed in the room for an hour.

My regular therapist was unavailable but the receptionist who answered the phone when I was scheduled my appointment highly recommended Maggie. I have to say that I was very pleased with both her and the massage. I also thought the receptionist at the desk when I checked in was also very pleasant.

I had been waiting to come in after the stay at home orders were listed, just dreaming of a massage! This massage lived up to my dreams! Darien was amazing! He listened to the problems I described and addressed every one of them during the massage. It was so wonderful I booked another one for next week!

It is a very clean relaxing experience.
