MAGDALENA IS AN OUTSTANDING THERAPIST AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY. SHE IS VERY SWEET AND DOES WHAT YOU ASK HER TO DO. THE ONLY THING THAT I DON'T LIKE IS THE MASSAGE IS NOT 1 HOUR BUT 50 MINUTES AND IF WE GET STARTED LATE ITS TAKEN OFF MY TIME THAT I DON'T APPRECIATE.

This new Manager is running things so effectively. The employees are happy which makes a huge difference. Francis is extremely knowledgeable and friendly at the front desk. Work is still needed in training the others. There is now plenty of stock on items to purchase which is wonderful and much more beautifully and professionally displayed. As one of the Carol Stream IL first monthly members, I have seen a lot of change, and so far Kati is proving to be a fantastic change! Erica is by far the best estheticians I've ever dealt with (don't lose her!) and Darius and Guadalupe... finally some deep tissue therapists that can actually go deep enough to make a difference again. Very happy customer with a big mouth to share compliments!

Front desk is welcoming and nice. Every therapist I’ve had has been wonderful. It’s always clean. Only complaint is the bathroom is always freezing. Maybe get a space heater!
