The Hand and Stone in Carol Stream has some wonderful therapists. On 10/25, I saw Magdalena who always gives me a great massage. Everyone at this location is friendly and professional.

The receptionist goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy and that you’re taken care of. And when you’re done she’s so pleasant after you’ve had a relaxing massage it’s just wonderful the whole experience

Quick and easy...staff is attentive and helpful

My masseuse, Tyler, was informative about her recommendation to me for decompression therapy next time. She took the time to demonstrate what it would entail and how it would be helpful.During my massage she was attentive to my comfort and overall did a great job.

I do not like the changes to the waiting room. It feels very sterile and not relaxing anymore. I also don't appreciate price increase for CBD.
