My massage therapist is very effective at understanding my needs and working on the specific areas of concern. He is very knowledgeable about the muscles and techniques to soothe my aches and pains. I will only see him because I know I can count on a good experience and worthwhile visit.

The receptionist was very friendly. The esthetician did a great job with my facial! She has powerful yet gentle hands.

I loved the friendliness of the receptionist. When i walked into the massage room, I felt welcomed by the ambiance. The massage therapist made sure I would be satisfied by speaking with me before she performed the massage and during the massage. She was friendly and talked with me as much as I felt like talking, otherwise staying silent to enhance my experience.

Melanie is the best massage therapist in this location. Unfortunately, she is going on maternity leave next month and she is not certain if and when she'll return to work. I wish her all the best, but if she doesn't come back then my husband and I will not continue our memberships. We have been Hand & Stone members for a decade between Wheaton and Carol Stream, and a therapist like Melanie is truly hard to find.

The spa is very warm and inviting. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. My massages are always very good.

My massage therapist (not sure if I should mention her name) was very interested in those parts of my body that were causing my major aches and pains and she did her utmost to help in relieving the pain. In this past appointment, she concentrated a little more on my lower back, since that was what was causing most of my pain, as of late. I find her to be a GREAT listener, and a GREAT conversationalist, too. That, in itself, seems to help relieve the pain, because she helps me relax, and my aches and pains seem to moderate.

Magdalena is en excellent masseuse who provides her clients with a superb massage applying just the right pressure. She is the consummate professional.
