The receptionist, who checked me in and out, was incredibly friendly, patient, and caring as I set-up my membership and future services in preparation for my wedding. The esthetician also really listened to my needs. I recently was sick and my skin felt like a mess after getting better. She truly made me feel confident that my skin can improve and is why I'm coming back. The positive and clean environment made this way more than a facial for me. It was a truly relaxing experience, which I wasn't expecting, as this was my first time getting one.

The massage was the perfect pressure that I asked for. Very relaxing. Would like more of an oil based lotion though that's good quality

Kathryn was very good and relaxing. However, the coupon that I will get after taking this survey is useless, The coupon states for $5 off any service or product but by the time I find it and try and use it it has to be on a $20.00 upgrade which is not right. I think it should be used for anything as the survey states. You can't take $5 off your massage. So, why do you even offer it? You should honor it or change the wording
