Nancy does a great job, she listens well and stays focused during the massage therapy. She is consistent with her pressure and delivers a great massage. The receptionists are very helpful and they are always on time. I haven’t had much success using the app-it has never worked but phone appointment work fine-I’m just losing out on points that way.

I was very pleased to find a therapist who does reflexology. Checked the to stores closer to my home and they could not accommodate the date/ time or type of massage. Carol Stream store had all of these and was able to fulfill my needs . very happy with Micheal ands got immediate relief of discomfort after massage. Already scheduled my next appt with him for next week.

Thanks to Erica I have had clearer skin and more confidence! I love everything about how friendly the spa is and how much they try to make me comfortable even though I'm younger and maybe not a Target client

Everyone was extremely friendly! The person my appointment was with had a family emergency and I informed ASAP and they switched me to someone else!

I came here to relax and was happy to have been able to use a gift card I received from a family member. I was also happy to be able to schedule an appointment the same day I went.

I love the ambience at the spa as well as the cleanliness! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Love the music and lighting in the rooms too.

The massages are always relaxing. The therapists are very good and friendly. It's hard to keep the same therapist all the time.
