It was my first massage ever, I was nervous. Kelsey greeted me with a smile and explained to me of all the different massages, and options. I was so satisfied with Kelsey service that I booked another massage in 2 weeks. Thank you Kelsey, and thank you Erika for a great facial as always, and for encouraging me to try a massage for the first time in my life.

Korrin was exceptionally wonderful, polite, knowledgeable and allowed for me to have a peaceful environment. She helped me with a lot of pain I've been having and I hope to continue visits with her.

My esthetician is amazing. My skin always looks so much better after my facial. Neck massage was excellent and helped my problem area.

Loved the warm massage table. Felt completely covered and not expose at all times. The full time was spent with a goal to relax my tension.

Erica is the best. Her facials rock. The only negative I have is with the receptionist. The last 2 times I was there I was overcharged and had to be reimbursed. It has also happened in the past.

I know the prices for membership are going up and I was under the impression the cost you start at is the price you keep - like grandfathered in. So, it goes up April 1st can it go up again November 1st? that is so unfair.Usually I cannot use these coupons for $5 because it is used for something over $20 -NOWHERE on here does it say that. I saw it twice on the survey it states $5 off any service or product. If I cannot use the $5 coupon you will surely hear from me. Too bad management changes (so many) in Carol Stream, IL have to affect us, the customers.

I used an enhancement yesterday and it truly made a difference in my overall pain. I usually wake up a little sore after a massage and this morning I woke up feeling great. I will definitely get the biofreeze in the future.

This was the second facial I had from Kristina. I usually don't get facials but she was so good the first time I booked another. I really did see a difference in my skin tone. I felt relaxed and refreshed after this appointment.

The people were very personably! The massage person was very helpful! It was very relaxing!

My therapist Maggie is excellent
